As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contribute knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
• Partner with recruiters to support sourcing efforts and ensure alignment with recruitment goals;
• Active Application Management: review, evaluate, and manage active applications for assigned roles;
• Proactively source (identify) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
• Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Engage, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
• Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going. requirements and to share progress of activity.
• Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
• Participate and contribute within team meetings.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in English, German and Croatian written and spoken is a must.
• Transferable experience or knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, headhunting and candidate attraction.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage them efficiently.
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple searches/projects and candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs.
• Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches.
